Our Story
Product Box was founded on the vision of creating applications that solve customer problems and make life easier for customers. With over a decade of experience in the web-hosting, web and mobile-development industry and having served 100+ organizations across the globe, we have identified customer pain points for which we find solutions through our applications. We believe that creating applications that just 'Solves' a specific problem, or that gives a 'Better' and 'Easier' workaround to a traditional or manual approach is the best way to care for our customers.
With our rich experience in the webhosting industry, we realised that startups and SMB's seldom use data to analyse their business. There are lots of unused raw data that is untapped to the full pottential. The notion has always been that data analytics and business intelligence are for the big guys. However, the reality is that data analytics is critical to any business big and small alike. The challenges faced by all are the same, only the magnitude might be different. Hence, as much for an enterprise, data analytics is equally important for startups and SMBs. We have worked with many customers who still use limited data on excel and process data only when there is a need. This has to change. All our day-to-day decisions should be based on data. With this vision of creating success by connecting data to the business, and data empowering all in an organisation, evolved our first product 'InsightDials'. Where we aim at providing dashboards for all business functions and create a data culture within the organization.
